MIKE MINICHELLO
Chief Financial Officer
Mike Minichello is responsible for all of D-Terra’s financial and accounting operations. Mike has been with D-Terra since its inception.
Mike plays a key role in the strategic planning and budgeting process to ensure that D-Terra meets its business and financial goals. Additionally, he plays a significant role in D-Terra’s risk management processes which are designed to protect the Company’s assets and financial resources. He also has a wide range of knowledge and experience in human resource management, product/service pricing programs, logistics operations and IT Systems.
Prior to D-Terra, Mike held executive positions in financial and accounting operations for Hytec DeBartolo, LLC, Amerigraph and Preventive Imaging Technologies, Inc.
Mike holds a BS in Accounting from Bowling Green University.
